Fabric is the extra backing trimmed from quilts after quilting.  Usually the fabric is quite long along a selvage edge.  None of this fabric is WOF.  Widths vary.  

Great for scrap projects, braided rugs, etc.

Compared to what WOF fabric weighs, this equals 4 yards of WOF yardage, but this is not WOF fabric.
