Whimsical Quilt Kit
These quilt kits are made from my personal collection of Floral Collection Flower Sugar Fabrics by Lecien which I collected around 10 years ago. Many of the fabrics are now out of print and nearly impossible to find.
Throw size, approximately 66" x 66".
This quilt kit makes the exact quilt pictured (with your choice of blue or yellow outer border fabric) and includes the following:
♥ 78+ 5" charm squares from the Flower Sugar fabric collection. There are over 25 different prints in the pile. The 5" squares have been hand cut in our quilting studio. A few extra squares are included for good measure.
♥ 1-5/8 yards Kona White for the background
♥ 1/2 yard of Riley Blake red dot for the inner border
♥ 1-1/4 yards of a floral print from the Flower Sugar collection. Choose the outer border fabric you'd like from the drop-down menu; Blue or Yellow
♥ 5/8 yard of Riley Blake red dot for the binding
Includes all fabrics for the quilt top and binding, plus a printed quilt pattern. Does not include backing, batting, thread, or labor 😀.
A coordinating aqua-colored backing can be found in The Wide Back Shop here. The Throw size would use a 2-yard cut of wide backing.
All fabrics are labeled with a sticker identifying where the fabric is used in the quilt top.
All fabrics are quilt-shop quality, unwashed, and freshly cut for you in our quilt studio.
NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping overages are refunded. For some reason the Throw quilt kits are charging shipping of $14 to the US. It should be $8.75. We haven't been able to figure out why this is happening yet, and we are issuing refunds of $5.25.
