To set up a wholesale account to place orders online:
Email me at Myra@BusyHandsQuilts.com with the following information, and I will set up an online wholesale account for you:
- Resale Tax ID
- Street and billing addresses
- Phone number
- The email address to be assigned to your account
Wholesale details:
- Minimum of 3 of a pattern
- Free shipping to the US with a minimum of 15 patterns
- Prepayment required
