To set up a wholesale account to place orders online:

Email me at Myra@BusyHandsQuilts.com with the following information, and I will set up an online wholesale account for you to place orders online:

• Resale Tax ID
• Street and billing addresses
• Phone number
• The email address to be assigned to your account

Wholesale details:

• Minimum of 3 of a pattern, 12 total minimum
• Free shipping to the US
• Prepayment required
