Refund policy

Busy Hands Quilts, LLC does not accept returns on any quilt patterns - either PDF downloads or Printed patterns -  due to the copyrighted nature of these products.

Busy Hands Quilts does not accept returns on any fabrics or quilt kits.

Busy Hands Quilts, LLC accepts returns on quilts only if they are grossly misrepresented in the listing, i.e., the fabric or quilt kit does not match the pictures shown or the words in the listing.  The return must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of the item by the purchaser, and the full price of the item (less shipping) will be refunded within 5 business days of the receipt of the quilt by Busy Hands Quilts, LLC.  Buyer pays return shipping to BHQ.
