Not strip pieced

I was intrigued by this pattern because the description said it was strip pieced and I couldn’t figure out how that could happen with snowball blocks. After downloading and reading the pattern, it turns out that it is actually chain pieced, which is not the same thing, and honestly not something unique to a pattern’s instructions or design. It’s a cute pattern but is not what’s described. If you can make snowball blocks with sashing, you don’t need this.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for pointing out that the pattern description said it is strip pieced when it's not. I apologize for the error in the listing and have edited it.

My patterns are for quilters who want the guidance of a quilt pattern with every step written out for them in text and diagrams. Many quilters cannot or do not want to do the calculations themselves and appreciate that my patterns include all of the calculations for piece sizes in all of the quilt sizes.
